Partizan Belgrade strengthens its squad with Stuttgart’s Jovan Milošević on loan. The 19-year-old striker returns to Serbia to compete for a regular first-team spot.
Jovan Milošević, a 19-year-old striker and product of Vojvodina’s youth system, has joined Partizan Belgrade for the second half of the season. Milošević, who is contracted to Stuttgart, spent the first part of the season on loan at St. Gallen in Switzerland. The towering forward will remain in Belgrade at least until the summer.
A strategic move for more game time
Earlier this year, Milošević was also linked with a potential move to Crvena zvezda, but Partizan offers him a better chance of securing regular first-team football. His arrival adds depth and competition to Partizan’s attack as they look to close the gap at the top of the Serbian SuperLiga, where they currently sit in second place.
Partizan’s winter reinforcements
Milošević is Partizan’s second winter signing, following the arrival of Milan Vukotić, a 22-year-old attacking midfielder from Montenegrin side Podgorica. Vukotić has had an impressive season, tallying nine goals and four assists in the league.
Upcoming fixtures
Partizan recently played a friendly against Debrecen and will return to league action next month in the 21st round of the SuperLiga against Spartak Subotica.
