Manchester United didn’t retain Ruud van Nistelrooy, but his potential as a coach hasn’t gone unnoticed. English media have already identified a club interested in him.
The arrival of Portuguese manager Ruben Amorim and his coaching staff at Manchester United led to Ruud van Nistelrooy’s departure—a decision that didn’t sit well with many fans. The Dutchman is a club legend and had a positive impact as interim coach during his brief tenure.
However, it seems Van Nistelrooy may not be out of a job for long. His influence as interim manager caught attention, and according to The Sun, Burnley from the Championship is showing interest in the 48-year-old Dutch coach. Currently led by Scott Parker, Burnley began the season well but has recently struggled, raising speculation that they may consider Van Nistelrooy as a future option.
Van Nistelrooy previously gained coaching experience with PSV, further establishing his credentials in management.
