Beşiktaş, the Turkish football giant, is setting its sights high in the transfer market, aiming to bring in some of the most renowned names in football.

The club's leadership is reportedly keen on making a splash by signing big names, with talks in Turkey buzzing about three famous footballers.

Lorenzo Insigne, currently one of the highest-paid players in the MLS with Toronto FC, has seemingly lost his visibility in the sports world since his move across the Atlantic. This has also led to him losing his spot in the Italian national team. After a year in Toronto, where he scored only four goals in 20 matches, Insigne appears to be yearning for a return to competitive European football.

Turkish media reports suggest that he is on Beşiktaş's wishlist, as the club hopes to delight its fans with the arrival of a big name before the transfer window closes.

In addition to Insigne, Beşiktaş is also eyeing James Rodriguez, the famous Colombian player currently with Brazil's Sao Paulo, and Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches, who has had a challenging half-season with Roma.
