Occasional Bosnian national team player and former FK Sarajevo footballer, Dal Varešanović, netted a new goal for the Rizespor team.
In the match against Sivasspor, he managed to find the back of the net in the 36th minute, beautifully following up on a play and striking the ball with an impressive volley, beating the visiting team's goalkeeper to level the score at 1:1.
This was already his second goal in the Turkish Super League, where he quickly made an impression and secured a spot in the starting lineup.
Varešanović signed a three-year contract with the Turkish club, with an option to extend for an additional year.
In his career so far, apart from playing for Sarajevo, he also played for Liverpool's youth teams. This year, he made his debut for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team in a EURO qualification match against Portugal.
