The former Hajduk defender has found a new engagement after leaving Poljud. He arrived in Spain as a free agent.
After last season, defender Stefan Simić said goodbye to Hajduk after four seasons wearing the white jersey. He made 91 appearances for Hajduk and also wore the captain's armband.
After searching for a new club, Simić found it in the Spanish second division team, Eibar. The Spaniards introduced the defender as their new addition on their website, and he signed a contract until the end of the season with an option to extend for another year.
Before joining Hajduk, Simić was a member of Milan and had loan spells at Mouscron, Crotone, and Frosinone.
Born in Prague, Simić has gone through all the representative selections of the Czech Republic and has made two appearances for the senior national team.
